HOME VISITS
Home Health staff members schedule visits so that the patient's skilled care needs are met. Staff members are unable to make exact hourly appointments. However, they will arrange a visit on a day mutually agreed upon by the patient and family. Occasionally, a staff member may have to change the day when a visit is scheduled. If a regularly scheduled visit time needs to be changed by the patient or family, the staff member should be notified as soon as possible.
