Eligibility:
Employees who work a minimum of (30) thirty hours per week are eligible for
benefits.
Benefits will normally begin on the first of the month following date of
hire.
Health Insurance:
We currently offer an HSA program through one insurance carrier. The agency
makes a contribution to the employee's HSA account.
Dental Insurance:
Our dental program is through Delta Dental. The agency pays for 100% of the
cost for this insurance for individual subscribers. Orthodontia is part of
this dental program.
401(k) Program:
We have a retirement program through John Hancock. Once eligibility is
achieved, the agency matches employee contributions up to four percent (4%).
One hundred percent (100%) vesting in the agency’s matching contribution is
achieved after only four (4) years.
Life Insurance/Voluntary Life/ADD:
For eligible employees, the agency pays for life insurance 1.5 times the employee’s annual
salary. Employees may also purchase additional insurance for themselves,
spouse or children through this plan at a volume discount.
CTO (Combined Time Off):
Employees working more than twenty (20)
hours per week are eligible for CTO. During the first
three years of service with the agency, an employee will accrue sixteen
(16) days of CTO. Holidays are not included into this accrual. Ten (10)
holidays are currently being observed by the agency during the year.
The agency additionally offers both short and long-term disability
programs, direct deposit, health care and dependent care reimbursement
accounts and a vision plan in conjunction with health insurance
participation.
Our benefit year runs from January 1st through December 31st. |
