Hospice Nurse: ACHH&H is looking for a hospice nurse to work full - time as a member of an active and engaged team of professionals providing high quality end - of - life care for patients and families. This position requires self - confidence and dedication, and will reward you with the satisfaction of a job well done. No weekend or evening hours. Current Vermont licensure and two years nursing experience required. Hospice / palliative care experience is preferred.
