Employee Benefit Program
Employees who work a minimum of (30) thirty hours per week are eligible for benefits. Benefits will normally begin on the first of the month following date of hire. Our benefit year runs from January 1st through December 31st.
We currently offer a high deductible plan using the CIGNA network of providers, which is combined with a health savings account to which employees can make pre-tax contributions, and to which the agency makes a bi-weekly contribution.
Our dental program is through Delta Dental. The agency pays for 100% of the cost for this insurance for individual subscribers. Orthodontia is part of this dental program.
Employees can save towards retirement by contributing to a 401(k) account. Once an employee satisfies eligibility criteria, the agency matches employee contributions up to four percent (4%). Employees are immediately vested in the agency’s matching contributions.

For eligible employees, the agency pays for life insurance covering 1.5 times the employee's annual salary. Employees may also purchase additional insurance for themselves, spouse or children through this plan at a volume discount.
Combined time off (cto)
Employees working more than twenty (20) hours per week are eligible for CTO. During the first three years of service with the agency, an employee will accrue sixteen (16) days of CTO per year (based on working 40 hours per week). Holidays are not included into this accrual. Ten (10) holidays are currently being observed by the agency during the year.
The agency additionally offers both short and long-term disability programs, direct deposit, and dependent care reimbursement accounts and a vision plan in conjunction with health insurance participation.
