Did you know that our staff members regularly present to the community? The professionals of Addison County Home Health & Hospice are committed to improving the health and wellness of our communities. As part of this commitment, we offer a wide range of speakers and experts on a variety of topics. Whether it be one-to-one advanced directives counseling or meeting with church groups, mentoring students, presenting to Rotary, or educating SASH participants, our staff members are available to share their expertise with the community.
