Quality Assurance Nurse
- Addison County Home Health and Hospice is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Nurse. This position is responsible for auditing all OASIS documents for accuracy and consistency in data while working collaboratively with clinicians in problem solving relating to accuracy in documentation.
You will work collaboratively with the Q.A. coordinator in monitoring SHP data analysis, OBQI and Home Health Care data. Candidate will assist in designing and implementing quality improvement projects and participate in the auditing of patient records for skilled nursing. This position may also be required to meet the responsibilities of the community health nurse job description.
